These are some of the best and worst leaders of time. There is Hitler, Castro, Nixon, and Spitzer. Most of these ruelrs were unruly and did something to effect the world in a terrible way. Then there was Wastington, Obama and Cilton who helped our world. This is how good and bad our world is today. Such as Spitzer was doing illegal things
